We offer different types of classes for students to choose from.

 

Ballet: This class consists of work at the Ballet Barre, exercises across the floor, and choreography. Includes emphasis on technique as Ballet is the back bone of all dance styles.

Tap:  This class consists of using your feet to make different sounds and rhythms. Starts with a warm up, across the floor, and choreography.

Jazz: This class consists of a warm up, technique, across the floor exercises and choreography. It is done with modern day jazz music.

Hip-Hop:  Refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. We use a very bouncy fluid hip-hop style with clean music and movements.

Lyrical: This class consists of a warm up, across the floor technique, and choreography. Lyrical dance is a fusion of ballet and jazz dance techniques. Lyrical dance challenges choreographers and dancers to use motion to interpret music and express emotion. A lyrical dancer’s movements attempt to show the meaning of the music

Musical Theatre: This class consists of a warm up, across the floor technique, choreography, and improve/acting games. Musical theatre is a form of theatrical performance that combines songs, acting, and dancing along with some lip syncing.

Acro: This class consists of a warm up, across the mat, and choreography towards the end of the year. Similar to gymnastics, but incorporates dance movements.

Zumba: An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.

FitCamp: A FREE  fitness program to work on a healthier YOU! Classes to be held indoors and outdoors.
